How to read these prices
Price
What one coin is selling for right now, in US dollars.
24h, 7d and 30d
How far the price has moved over the last day, week and month. Green ▲ means up, red ▼ means down. Looking at all three helps you see the bigger picture, not just today’s noise.
Market cap
The price multiplied by the number of coins in circulation. It shows how big a coin is overall, and it is how this top 10 is ranked.
Stablecoins
Coins like USDT and USDC are designed to stay close to US$1. They are mostly used to move money around, not as investments, so their price should barely change.
- A price is a snapshot. It can be out of date by the time you read it.
- Different trackers can show slightly different prices and rankings, because they collect data from different exchanges.
- The price you pay on an exchange can be a little different, after fees and the exchange’s own rate.
- Big moves in a short time are common in crypto, in both directions.
Remember: a price going up is not a reason to buy, and a price going down is not a reason to panic. Not financial advice.
